Derek Riordan's second half penalty gave the Edinburgh club a point at Fir Park, despite The Well having a half time lead through Stephen Craigan's header.
Terry Butcher's side took the lead on 26 minutes when Steven Hammell's corner found the head of Craigan for his first Scottish Premier League goal for the home side.
However, The Hibees earned a point from the penalty spot just after the hour mark after Well goalkeeper Gordon Marshall had taken down Hibs' Garry O'Connor in the box.
Riordan (pictured) stepped up to send Marshall the wrong way with his spot kick for his 18th goal of the season.
