Chris Hackett and Craig Davies are set to complete moves away from Oxford.Chris Hackett and Craig Davies are on the verge of completing moves away from League Two club Oxford United.
Winger Hackett is holding talks with Hibernian about a possible move to the Scottish Premier League, while midfielder Davies has agreed a three-year contract with Verona.
The 20-year-old's switch to the Italian Serie B club is expected to net Oxford a six-figure fee, which has already been agreed between U's chairman Firoz Kassam and Verona sporting director Pasquale Sensibile.
Hackett is set to be out of contract in the summer and is free to discuss terms with clubs outside England, although Hibs would have to pay a fee to take him during the transfer window.
"If he moves to another English club on a Bosman in the summer, when he is out of contract, we would be entitled to a compensation figure because of his age," said manager Brian Talbot.
"But a Scottish club is the same as a club from abroad and he would be able to go there for nothing in the summer, when he is out of contract.
"So if Hibs want to sign him now, they will need to pay out."
