Gow mulls over future

Falkirk ace Alan Gow has put talks on his future on hold until January.

Falkirk ace Alan Gow has put talks on his future on hold until January.

Gow, who is out of contract in the summer, is keeping his options regarding his long-term future open.

The 24-year-old has enjoyed a fine season to date with Falkirk and a number of clubs are thought to be monitoring his position closely.

Falkirk are keen to keep the attacking midfielder and have held talks with Gow over a new deal.

However, Gow is refusing to rush into making a decision in January as he weighs up his options.

The player's agent Phil McTaggart confirmed Gow was waiting until the New Year before making a decision on his future.

"Alan is putting talks on his future on hold until January," McTaggart told skysports.com

"He knows the next decision he makes is a big decision and he is not rushing into anything.

"He wants to see what happens in January.

"Alan is happy at Falkirk and he is enjoying his football. He just wants to make sure he makes the right decision."
