The Macedonian international has impressed during his recent trial at East End Park and The Pars are now looking to seal a permanent deal.
"You can see he's a decent player but he's been out for a while," said manager Davie Hay.
"However, his match fitness isn't as bad as I thought it would be as he's been training with a team in Macedonia.
"There are two things: trying to get a work permit means he wouldn't play for a few weeks and his sharpness would take some weeks too.
"I have to take that into account before making a decision, knowing that we'd like someone in immediately.
"We have to consider these factors but what I saw I liked. I think he would be keen. We've not discussed anything financial yet but my initial feeling is he would come if something was offered."
The Pars are also believed to have enquired about Hearts' Spanish striker Ramon Pereira.
The club have also taken Slovakian international Miroslav Barcik on trial. The 26-year-old currently plies his trade with MSK Zilina.
