Gregory Coupet remains keen to play abroad as doubts surface over Mickael Landreau's future at Paris Saint Germain.
Landreau has been left out of the France squad for Euro 2008 following a disappointing club season and he has been linked with a move away from Parc des Princes.
New PSG chairman Charles Villeneuve has not confirmed Landreau's place in the squad for next season and has hinted at an interest in Coupet.
Villeneuve told L'Express: "With the departure of a few players, I would like to hire a great keeper."
However, the chairman of PSG's majority shareholders Colony Capital, Sebastien Bazin, insists Landreau will not be leaving the club.
"I don't believe we will hire a keeper to replace Landreau," Bazin told Le Parisien. "Currently, he is one of the best in Europe.
"He has shown a strong state of mind for a couple of seasons. It is so sad to not see him at the Euros, but he will come back stronger.
"I have full trust in Mickael Landreau."
Coupet, meanwhile, who has been linked with a move to PSG after deciding to leave Lyon, is looking to play outside of France after the European Championship.
"My future is the Euros, so far," said the veteran keeper. "Then, I will probably leave for abroad.
"I don't think I have changed my mind. I am absolutely not disturbed by all the rumours."
