Bordeaux coach Laurent Blanc is tight-lipped on his future, despite strong rumours that he will be the next France manager.
With one game remaining in the Ligue 1 season, Blanc has been strongly linked with Raymond Domenech's job and has received a glowing endorsement from former national side captain Didier Deschamps, who told French sports paper
L'Equipe that the former Inter Milan centre-half would be an 'ideal choice'.
With the highly-criticised Domenech set to end his tenure as France coach after the World Cup Blanc is seen by the French public as a natural successor, however, the former Manchester United defender is adamant that no deal is in place.
He said: "As I have said before, I am pretty stubborn.
"I am originally from the Cevennes and they say the people are stubborn. I shall do as I say, I will talk about my future at the end of the season after May 15."

Blanc refused to be drawn at a press conference ahead of Saturday's vital game which sees Les Girondins need to win and hope Montpellier get nothing more than a draw if they are to make the Europa League - a far cry from the UEFA Champions League success they enjoyed this season.
Blanc insisted that while he would speak to his players on Sunday morning, it would be a chance to review their disappointing season rather than make any special announcement, and stressed what was said would remain private.
He said: "This is internal communication, it concerns only the players and me. I have not planned for outside communication.
"I will mainly take stock of the season. To say goodbye quickly at the airport car park at 3am is not a good way to go on holiday. After all the events of a season, to say goodbye in this way is not good.
"This was especially true last season. We won the title and we were scattered everywhere. There will be training on Sunday morning. We will look at the positives and negatives of the season."
