The Spaniards had been given permission to sign a new striker by the Spanish FA (RFEF) after top scorer Ariza Makukula was ruled out for the season with a knee ligament injury.
However, despite an appeal from Valladolid, Bakari's transfer has been vetoed by world football's governing body, and the player has now gone back to France.
The French outfit have insisted, though, that they will welcome back the hit-man with open arms, and will bear no grudge for his desire to move on.
"He (Bakari) will be teased, but he will come back as if he never left," stated boss Joel Muller.
"Anyway, the aim for the staff is to make him competitive again.
"The dressing room is open for him. He was a victim of the system, we'll reintegrate him without trouble."
