Didier Deschamps's side came back down to earth after their UEFA Champions League heroics on Wednesday evening against Real Madrid by failing to find the scoresheet at the Stade Felix-Bollaert.

However, the visitors were able to draw level when Jose Pierre Fan-Fan scored with nine minutes left.
PSG snatched the points with two minutes left as Argentine international defender Juan Pablo Sorin scored the winner.
Sochaux are fourth after Benoit Pedretti's second half strike and an own-goal from Romain Ferrier with eight minutes left gave them a 2-0 win over struggling Guingamp at Stade Bonal.
Auxerre kept pace with a 2-1 victory over struggling Metz at Stade Abbe-Deschamps.
All the goals came in the second half, with Djibril Cisse putting the home side ahead on 53 minutes before Metz equalised through Toifilou Maoulida seven minutes later.
Bonaventure Kalou gave Guy Roux's side all three points with his winning goal seven minutes later.
Two goals in the last ten minutes saw Nantes earn a last-gasp 1-1 draw with Bastia at Le Beaujoire.
The Corsican side took the lead on 80 minutes through Jocelyn Gourvennec, but Nicolas Gillet equalised in the dying stages for Les Canaries.
Ajaccio are two points clear of the Ligue 1 drop zone following a hard-fought 0-0 home draw with relegation-threatened Montpellier.
The host Corsicans had to play much of the second half with ten men after David Terrier was given a second yellow card for foul & abusive language on 56 minutes.
In a relegation battle, bottom club Le Mans kept their hopes of getting out of the drop zone alive with a crucial 2-1 home win over fellow strugglers Toulouse.
On 12 minutes, Issoumaila Dao put the ball into his own net to give Le Mans the lead and in the second half, Fabrice Pancrate double the home side's advantage.
Toulouse made things interesting when Cedric Faure made it 2-1.
The result leaves Le Mans six points adrift of safety while Toulouse are still in the relegation zone with the defeat.
