Having agreed to sell Ouaddou to Fulham for an undisclosed sum, Nancy were short of numbers at the back and have moved quickly to remedy the situation.
Beda will become Nancy's fourth new recruit of the off-season, as he will join Frederic Fouret (Lyon), Laurent Dufresne (Chateauroux) and David Camara (Beauvais).
Ouaddou, who is due to fly to London to complete his move to Fulham, made a point of being present at the signing of Beda to wish his successor good luck.
Speaking about his new signings, Nancy manager, Jacques Rousselot said: "This season, I want to count on warriors. Manpower will also be tightened with a score of motivated players ready for the Division Two tournament.
"The departure of Abdes Ouaddou required us to recruit a specialist in the centre of defence."
The 20-year-old Beda was training with ACE Canne before signing a two-year deal with Bordeaux.
Speaking about the move, Beda said: "At Bordeaux, Alain Roche bars my way into the first team. The central of defence is my priority, but I can also play right back or even defensive midfield.
"Physically, I am well and I do not feel any more pain in the leg."
Team-mate Francis Smerecki gave his thumbs-up to the move, saying: "After the departure of Abdes Ouaddou, we needed a central defender. During two preparation matches with Beda, we tried a four-man defence, that functioned well.
"To see whether this will stay firm in the league, we will see according to the circumstances."A
