However, the Rossoneri boss conceded that tranquillity will turn to stress during the game at Giuseppe Meazza on Wednesday evening.
"The match will surely take a big stress, but at the moment we are happy and serene to be here, obviously with the hope to advance," said Ancelotti.
"Andrea Pirlo, Clarence Seedorf and Serginho have recovered from their injury problems. We must establish who can play and for how long, but they feel good.
"The priority is winning, possibly playing in a good way as president Silvio Berlusconi wants.
"Considering the bigger picture it will also be important that we don't concede a goal, because we will be playing at home first.
"There will be two spectacular but at the same time balanced matches.
"Milan want to play a good match and so do Inter. It probably won't be an open match, but it will be a good match.
"I'm not interested in Hector Cuper's choices. We want to play in a certain way and stick to our plan.
"In my opinion on Wednesday anyone can win."
