Troyes chairman Daniel Vacelet has confirmed Marseille coach Alain Perrin is interested in goalkeeper Tony Heurtebis.
L'OM were reportedly keen on Stephane Cassard, however Vacelet now seems to top the club's wanted list.
With back-up shot-stopper Cedric Carrasso on the sidelines, the club want to bolster their goalkeeping options.
The club would be willing to let Heurtebis leave the team, but only on a permanent deal rather than on loan.
"Tony is indeed on Alain Perrin's list," confirmed Vacelet. "We are only interested in a transfer.
"If it will be settled it will be greatly under é¼1.5 million as Tony is out of contract at the end of the season.
"I believe Alain Perrin wants to hire another number one rather than a number two."
Le Havre's Carlos Kameni (pictured) has also been mentioned, however the side want Marseille to match what Wolves agreed with the side over the summer.
"L'OM have contacted us, but the Marseille officials want a loan," stated Le Havre chairman Jean-Pierre Louvel.
"We want to sell him, with the same basis we had during the talks with Wolverhampton."
