The Marseille midfielder has been on loan at the Austrian outfit this season, although both camps are expected to meet on Monday to hammer out a deal for the 25-year-old.
Vachousek's agent Pavel Zika will also negotiate with l'OM officials at the meeting in Vienna, and remained confident that his client would reach the desired conclusion.
"There should be an agreement between the clubs and also between Vachousek and Austria, who are preparing a three year contract for him," Zika told CTK.
Zika will also look to resolve the future of Czech man Rudolf Skacel who is also owned by l'OM.
Skacel has been on loan at Panathinaikos this season but is the subject of interest from across Europe.
"We have many offers from abroad for him, but also Sparta Prague are keen on signing him," Zika insisted.
