Monaco close on double deal

Monaco have reportedly completed the capture of Olivier Sorlin and Guillaume Warmuz.

According to reports emanating from France, Monaco have completed the double capture of Olivier Sorlin and Guillaume Warmuz.

Rennes midfielder Sorlin has reportedly agreed a four-year deal with Didier Deschamps' side and will be officially unveiled on Tuesday by the Principality outfit.

The 25-year-old had been attracting interest from both Monaco and St Etienne but now appears to have inked a deal with last season's UEFA Champions League finalists.

Meanwhile, 35-year Borussia Dortmund goalkeeper Warmuz will become the club's deputy to regular number one Flavio Roma.

With the imminent arrival of Warmuz, it is expected that Fabien Audard will return to Lorient after a loan spell at Stade Louis II this term.
