He confirmed that Argentine loanee Javier Saviola would be leaving, but the club would be replacing him and looking for further reinforcements.
"Javier Saviola will leave, so we need a player on the right flank. I think we also need one on the left flank," he said.
"Perhaps we should also get reinforcements in the midfield. I will soon have a meeting with Didier Deschamps."
Pastor confirmed the club had an interest in Didier Zokora and Olivier Kapo.
"We have interest in good players," he added. "But Didier Zokora is much demanded and according to the chairman Bernard Caiazzo, he will stay at St-Etienne.
"If he is interested by Monaco, he should say it. It is true Olivier Kapo talked about his desire to come, but there are a lot of players who want to come to Monaco."
Pastor also insisted that they are yet to field any offers for Patrice Evra (pictured) - despite interest from Real Madrid, Barcelona, Internazionale and Liverpool.
"Today there is nothing, neither with him, his agent or any club," claimed Pastor.
"If it should happen, we will have to ask ourselves some questions. Is he part of the coach's strategy? Is he a key member? If he leaves, who will replace him? Today we can't say anything, even about a possible transfer fee."
One player already committed to Monaco is Rennes' Toifilou Maoulida.
The 26-year-old has shunned offers from Metz, Nancy, Toulouse, Brescia and Anderlecht to ink a four-year deal at Stade Louis II.
He is the third signing for Monaco who have already agreed summer deals for Olivier Sorlin and Guillaume Warmuz.
