Jacques Faty has confirmed his intentions to quit Rennes next summer.
Rennes defender Jacques Faty has confirmed his intentions to quit the Stade de la Route-de-Lorient club.
The 22-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season and was keen to leave the Ligue 1 club over the summer.
Rennes blocked the starlet's exit in the summer but will be powerless to stop the France Under-21 international from seeking pastures new in June.
Faty, while disappointed at the club's actions in recent months, insists he will continue to perform for Rennes before he departs the club next summer.
"I received concrete offers from PSG, Juventus, Galatasaray and Olympiakos," Faty told Ouest France.
"The directors did tell me I could leave, but in the end they didn't allow me to, so I remain focused on Rennes.
"It will be heartbreaking for me to leave on bad terms at the end of my contract next summer."
Faty has seen Rennes endure a difficult start to the new campaign, with Pierre Dreossi's men struggling at the bottom of Ligue 1.
However, he is expecting an improvement in the coming weeks and will be hoping to be a part of the upturn in form having struggled for a starting role so far this season.
Faty added: "There are problems within the team, we have to sort things out.
"At the beginning of the season there was no unity but that is over."
