Rennes coach Frederic Antonetti has praised midfielder Jean II Makoun for his performances so far this season.

Jean II Makoun: Midfielder has been impressive for Rennes so far this season
The 29-year-old joined the French outfit from Aston Villa on loan for the 2012-13 season and has established himself in the starting line-up.
Makoun has scored one goal in five starts in Ligue 1, leading his coach to sing his praises.
"He is an experienced player, positive and generous," Antonetti told L'Equipe. "It is such big help for a young team as ours."
