Reported Arsenal target intends to leave Le Mans

Mathieu Coutadeur has confirmed he intends to leave Le Mans in the summer with Paris Saint Germain his preferred destination. Coutadeur is highly-rated in Ligue 1 and reports have suggested his form has attracted the eye of Arsenal. However, the 22-year-old holding midfielder has revealed he is keen to sign at the Parc des Princes at the end of the season. The Frenchman told Aujourd'hui Sport: "Paris? I am obviously attracted, when you see such a club and such a team. "My agent has had contact with several clubs, but there is nothing concrete so far. German sides are attracted. "Arsenal? I read they are attracted. I have been surprised. My team-mates have teased me. There are contacts, but nothing concrete. "It is time for me to leave. That is very clear. The chairman gave me his agreement for leaving. I want to reach a new level. I need a big sporting challenge. "The best solution? Going to PSG. Playing beside Claude Makelele would be great."
