Monaco are struggling in the league this season and manager Claude Puel is hoping to strengthen their squad, with Parma's Fuser and Internazionale's Pirlo seen as the ideal players to improve the fortunes at the Stade Louis II.
Pirlo has already confirmed that he would like to leave the Guiseppe Meazza stadium after he has struggled to find a place in the team this season
Meanwhile, Monaco's Shabani Nonda has revealed that he is not ready to move to Italy, despite reports that negotiations had begun on a possible £17 million deal for the 23-year-old striker.
"I want to improve step by step," said Nonda. "I don't envisage leaving Monaco, my close future is here."
