Troyes boss Alain Perrin has made a £460,000 (é¼750,000) bid for 25-year-old Corneliusson, as he looks to build on the club's good first half of the season and challenge for Europe.
The Rothen saga looks to finally be coming to an end as Monaco's Nicolas Bonnal looks to have agreed to join Troyes as part of the deal.
Didier Deschamps will get his man for a fee of £2.3 million (é¼3.8m) plus Bonnal, and Rothen should sign a four-and-a-half year contract at Stade Louis II.
Meanwhile, Yugoslavian midfielder Sladjan Djukic is looking to leave Troyes and has lined up a move to Division Two side Nimes.
Troyes want to take midfielder Ali Boulebda in a swap deal but Nimes are not keen to meet the wage demands from Djukic and he may have to take a pay cut to make the move.
