Among Roux's promising prodigies are Djibril Cisse and Phillipe Mexes, with the duo coveted by a clutch of the continent's leading sides.
However, the Auxerre boss, who has hinted in the past that he would leave the club if his star players are sold, is keen to keep his shining talents for a tilt at the Champions League.
"It is in the interests of everyone, the club, the agents and the players," Roux told L'Equipe.
"For the first two, the business will be more interesting in one year and the players know that here they will get the quality they still miss today, and not on the bench of a great club.
"Except for Jean-Sebastien Jaures, they are all still under contract. Those ones will leave at 22 or 23, like Basile Boli and Eric Cantona. Not before.
"We have all talked together and we really want to play in the Champions League together. We feel very well in Auxerre, we have everything we need.
"No-one will leave at the end of the season."
