Le Mans will not discuss the future of keeper Yohann Pele until the end of the season.
Le Mans will not discuss the future of in-demand goalkeeper Yohann Pele until the end of the season.
Pele is a long-term target for Arsenal, who have yet to reach an agreement with Jens Lehmann on a deal for next season.
Arsene Wenger is purportedly considering a bid for the shot-stopper, who is tipped as a future France international.
The Ligue 1 club have admitted that interest in Pele has increased during the past season after another impressive campaign between the sticks.
But while Le Mans chairman Henri Legarda acknowledged the interest, he wants any talk of a move put on hold until the end of the French season on 26th May.
"Last year there were already four clubs following him and there are three times more this year," Legarda told France Football.
"Anyway, there will be no negotiations before 26th May."
