Alain Cayzac is remaining cool on reports Marcelo Gallardo will join Paris Saint Germain, but concedes Jerome Rothen could leave the club.
Speculation has claimed that former Monaco playmaker Gallardo will sign a two-and-a-half year contract at PSG in January.
The Argentine is currently back in his homeland with River Plate, and while Cayzac is a fan of the player, the PSG chairman was keeping his cards close to his chest.
"I will not comment on that arrival," Cayzac told Canal+. "I won't talk about a subject I don't control.
"But I have to be precise that every great player interests me.
"I have a lot of respect for them and of course Gallardo is one of them."
Meanwhile, one player who could leave Parc des Princes in January is Rothen after the midfielder was unable to command a regular place in the team.
Cayzac would be happy to keep Rothen, but understands if the player wants to look for a different club in the New Year.
He added to L'Equipe: "At the moment, Rothen is not at ease. I will meet him soon, but I consider he has his place at PSG.
"The problem is he has not played a lot since he has been here, but he is a good player.
"Anyway, we have to get a good offer to let him leave. If we have a right offer, we will talk. I am not closed to anything."
