Doncaster have announced that Franck Moussa's loan deal has been extended until the end of the season.

Foxes midfielder to see out the season at the Keepmoat

Doncaster have announced that Franck Moussa's loan deal has been extended until the end of the season. Rovers boss Sean O'Driscoll confirmed after a weekend defeat to Hull City that the former Belgium U18 international was poised to stay on at the Keepmoat Stadium. The relevant paperwork has now been completed, with Leicester giving their consent for the midfielder to see out the campaign in South Yorkshire. Moussa initially linked up with Rovers in March and has made 12 appearances for the club since then. He has impressed greatly during that time, with important goals notched against Leeds and Hull City.

Challenge

"There are five games remaining this season and this is a good opportunity for me to remain at this football club," Moussa told Doncaster's official website. "It's a chance for me to get more games and they are going to be very important games, so I am excited to be part of this challenge. "Things have been going okay for me on loan in terms of game time, and I have enjoyed my time here. "The league table isn't ideal at the moment, so it has also been something of a learning curve for me. However, I am excited to continue at Doncaster Rovers."
