Key duo Mauro Cetto and Mickael Landreau are both out of contract in the summer, with Nantes loath to lose either player in the close season.
Defender Cetto is in talks over a three-year deal despite reported interest from Spanish outfit Villarreal, amongst others.
''We all should officially meet soon. My priority is Nantes, even if Villarreal asked for information.
''We should find a solution. I am keen to accept three years. About the wages, if I make efforts and Nantes makes efforts too, we could find an agreement.''
Promising goalkeeper Landreau has also stated his desire to remain at Nantes.
''I had the opportunity to leave this winter, but I refused all the clubs,'' he claimed.
''I want to stay at Nantes. With the World Cup coming, I can't go anywhere. I am not closed to anything, but I am in no rush.
''So to prolong is possible, but with my conditions.''
The third Nantes player set for talks is French Under-21 international Jeremy Toulalan, with the playmaker having previously attracted interest from Paris Saint Germain and Lyon.
