Vitesse have reportedly turned down an offer made by PSV for Serbian striker Lazovic.
Vitesse have reportedly turned down an offer made by PSV Eindhoven for Serbian striker Danko Lazovic.
The Arnhem club received an offer for Lazovic of around é¼2 million but are hoping to hold out for é¼4 million.
Lazovic, who signed from Feyenoord for é¼1.5 million, insists he does not want to leave Vitesse after only six months at the club.
He told De Gelderlander: "I want to play with Vitesse in the Uefa Cup. I haven't come here to play well for six months and leave again.
"I will stay for at least two years."
Vitesse are also chasing goalkeeper Vladimir Stojkovic during the winter break.
The 23-year-old is currently playing for French side FC Nantes and is reportedly being lined up as a replacement for Harald Wapenaar in Arnhem.
German side Hertha Berlin are also competing for the Serbian U-23 international.
