Real Madrid midfielder Isco looks set to leave the Bernabeu this summer, and the Spanish International is wanted by Manchester City, Chelsea, Juventus and Barcelona.

West Ham United's search for a striker is set to continue this summer, and the Hammers will turn their attention to Real Sociedad target man Willian Jose. The 25-year-old Brazilian, who was once on loan at Real Madrid earlier in his career, has scored nine goals for La Real this season.

Manchester United target Tiemoue Bakayoko has admitted that he would be willing to join French champions Paris Saint-Germain if the chance presented itself. The Monaco midfielder is set to take on Manchester City in the Champions League last-16 tonight.

Borussia Dortmund will complete the signing of 21-year-old midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud in the summer. The Syria-born Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder, who was thought to be on Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool wish list, is an under-21 international for Germany.

Portugal

Former Fulham striker Kostas Mitroglou has been the subject of several bids from Tianjin Quanjian. So far, Benfica have resisted the Chinese Super League side's attempts to sign the Greek forward, but an improved offer is expected before the Chinese transfer window closes.
