Isco has admitted he is unsure over his future at Real Madrid and suggested he will make a decision based on his playing time between now and the end of the season.
The midfielder has made 11 starts in La Liga this term but reports in Spain claim he is stalling on signing a new contract, with his current deal set to expire in 2018.
Tottenham are understood to be among a number of clubs interested in the 24-year-old, who signed for Real in a £23m deal from Malaga in 2013.
He told beIN Sports "I'm calm. What worries me is to have minutes. A player's career is small.
"From now until the end of the season, I'll make a decision. It's my future at stake."
Inquiries were made for Isco last summer but Real were not prepared to sell or loan the player because of their pending transfer embargo, which will be lifted this summer.
Manager Zinedine Zidane has insisted he is a fan of Isco and suggested he wants to keep him with the La Liga leaders, who play Valencia on Wednesday evening live on Sky Sports.
"I understand if Isco is thinking about his future," he said. "But Isco knows that I count with him, and I like him."
