Barcelona fell to a 4-0 loss to La Liga's basement club and frustration reportedly got the better of Enrique mid-way through the second-half and, as the teams lined up for a corner, Arzeno was left lying in the penalty area following a clash with the Barca star.
Referee Evaristo Puentes Leira did not see the incident clearly and no foul was given.
The Liga Competition Committee has requested a video of the game from the Spanish Federation and they will meet on Tuesday to consider the images.
However, unlike the unseemly Ayala-Simao incident, Enrique and Arzeno had previously tussled during the build up to the corner.
During Valencia's top-of-the-table clash with Barca, Ayala was seen to trample on Portuguese winger Simao which resulted in a three-game suspension for the Uruguayan.
Vice president of Barca, Gabriel Masfurroll said: "In the beginning, it seems aggressive, but if you take it as a whole it is not.
"What will we do if the committee acts? It is not a subject that we have discussed."
The president of Racing, Miguel Angel Diaz, said: "We are not going to denounce, nor do we want sanctions. My only moan is if it was Arzeno, they would ban him for six games."
