Manzano`s side fell to a 4-0 defeat at the hands of under-pressure Barca, but the game arguably changed on the contentious dismissal of Alvaro Novo.
The Mallorca man was sent from the field for an alleged head-butt on Barca man Thiago Motta.
Motta went down as if shot, but replays showed little or no contact.
The dismissal incensed the Mallorca players, and Samuel Eto`o lost his cool later in the first-half and was given a deserved red card after attempting to cut Motta in half.
To add insult to injury, it was Motta who delivered the cross for Patrick Kluivert to score the opening goal and provide Barca with confidence and momentum.
Manzano was critical of Eto`o, but was far more scathing in his assessment of the performance of the officials.
"They swindled us," he said. "There has been a protagonist, who has been responsible for the final outcome, and others that have lost their nerves - one of them being my player."
Commenting specifically on the performance of the referee, Manzano fumed: "He is a bigger danger than a monkey with two pistols.
"He has caused us great pain, and it is not the first time Mallorca have been sinned against. In San Sebastian we were the victim of a goal from a corner than should not have been."
On the dismissal of Novo, Manzano added: "They are just contacts that happen in football.
"It looked like Motta should have been taken to the hospital," he added sarcastically.
Manzano was, though, unhappy with Eto`o for his attack on Motta.
He added: "It will be dealt with internally, but he will not go unpunished. With two less men you are not competitive.
"But Barcelona are not a team better than Mallorca, I would love to play them 11 against 11."
