The Portuguese has had to endure a difficult year after what promised so much back in August with Tottenham.
After being sacked by the Spurs hierarchy following an inconsistent start to the campaign, Villas-Boas is currently rebuilding his reputation in Russia with Zenit, and his side's impressive performances have fuelled rumours he could take on a more prestigious role in the summer.
However, with Martino under pressure at Barcelona following their Champions League exit and La Liga woes, Villas-Boas insists he has heard nothing from the Catalan giants.
"All the rumours about my negotiations with Barcelona are completely groundless," Villas-Boas said.
"I've signed the contract with Zenit and I'm set to stay here until its expiry date.
"My work with Zenit is my top priority."
Meanwhile, Barcelona president Josep Bartomeu confirmed no decision has been made on Martino's future and will hold talks with the coach at the end of the season.
Bartomeu told TV3: "We have a lot of respect for Martino, we still have five games left in the league and it is our responsibility to be competitive and keep up the pressure on the leaders.
"A few days after that, I'll be speaking personally to Tata Martino about other things."
