Genoa have signed winger Diego Perotti from Sevilla, the Serie A outfit have announced.
The 25-year-old Argentinian moves to Italy on a four-year deal after five successful seasons in the first team in Andalusia which saw him win a Copa del Rey and a Europa League title.
"The Genoa Cricket and Football Club announces it has reached an agreement with Sevilla FC for the acquisition, outright, of attacker Diego Perotti," read a statement on genoafc.it.
"The player has signed a four-year contract."
Perotti came through the youth ranks at Boca Juniors before some impressive performances for Deportivo Moron earned him a move to Europe.
After two years in Sevilla's B team, the wideman moved up to the first team where he made over 100 appearances while also earning international recognition under Diego Maradona.
