The Russian outfit are believed to have offered around ‚é¼1 million (£600,000) for the 28-year-old, and are prepared to double the player's current wages.
Zaragoza have accepted the bid and the proposed move is now in the hands of the player who is weighing up his options.
"I know the offer that Spartak Moscow have made, and it is certainly very attractive economically both for me and Real Zaragoza," said the hit-man.
"However, I'm not going to rush into a decision because it would be a big change for me and my family.
"I've still not decided anything. There are still offers from Spain and England and I have not ruled out continuing at Zaragoza.
"My decision depends on a lot of things, but the offer (from Spartak) is very good and I'm going to think hard about it."
