Real Zaragoza and Austria Vienna joined Dnipro in qualifying from Group C.Real Zaragoza and Austria Vienna joined Dnipro in qualifying from Group C of the Uefa Cup.
Dnipro had already qualified and Thursday's results ensured them of top spot in the pool.
There was much to play for going into Thursday's matches, with Club Brugge pitted against Zaragoza and Vienna travelling to Utrecht.
Utrecht were already out and they exited the competition without a point to their name after slipping to a 2-1 defeat.
Libor Sionko had Vienna ahead on 14 minutes, but Darl Douglas replied for Utrecht just after the restart.
However, Austria were not done and they grabbed what proved to be a vital winner when Sigurd Rushfeldt netted 12 minutes from time.
The win ensured Vienna took third place in the group.
Brugge proved to be the unlucky team on the night, as their point at home to Zaragoza was not enough for them to progress.
Zaragoza went ahead on 40 minutes through Savio's header, but Nastja Ceh ensured a grandstand finish when levelling the match with 20 minutes remaining.
Brugge could not find the winner and finished the game with ten men, as Marek Spillar was dismissed with 14 minutes remaining.
