The Georgian Football Federation were penalised after a pen-knife was thrown at Republic of Ireland international Kevin Kilbane during the visitors' 2-1 victory.
Although an appeal can be lodged, the fan ban will apply to the match against Russia at the end of the month.
Other disciplinary rulings saw Valencia's David Albelda and Internazionale midfielder Emre Belozoglu suspended following their angry spat in the Champions League tie in Milan.
Albelda, who has the right to an appeal, has been handed a two-game ban, while Emre misses only one match.
Uefa also confirmed that FC Porto coach Jose Mourinho has been fined and banned from the touchline for one game after obstructing a Lazio player during the Uefa Cup semi-final, and being ordered from the dug-out.
