Vicente is hoping he will be fit for Valencia's Champions League game with Inter.
Vicente is hoping he will be fit for Valencia's UEFA Champions League encounter with Internazionale.
The winger has been ruled out for a fortnight after hurting his thigh in last Saturday's 3-1 win over Atletico Madrid.
He has been rated doubtful for the first leg of the last 16 tie with Inter on 21st February, but hopes to recover in time for the trip to Giuseppe Meazza.
"I want to fight to be in Milan to be able to play against Inter, but if that is not possible, my objective will be the following match," said Vicente.
"Inter are strong and Valencia respect them. I am not worried about the incidents in Italian football."
Turning his focus on domestic matters, Vicente feels the Che can have a big say in the Primera Liga title race.
The victory over Atletico put Valencia to within four points of leaders Barcelona and Vicente is dreaming of the title.
He added: "The team has many options to win La Liga. Each match is key, almost like a final.
"Now we are in an excellent position in the table after the problems at the beginning of the season."
