Highly-rated winger Silva has signed a two-year contract extension to keep him at La Mestalla until 2013.
The news is sure to disappoint a host of clubs across Europe with Liverpool and Tottenham credited with an interest in the Spanish international.
The 21-year-old was happy to extend his stay at Valencia.
"I'm very happy to be here and to be able to continue at the club for years to come," Silva told the club's official website.
"I've been here since I was a child and regard it as home after so many years."
Long-serving midfielder Baraja has also signed a two-year extension to keep him at the club until 2010.
Baraja, who missed most of last season through injury, is delighted the club have given him a new deal despite his injury problems.
"I'm looking to the future, having been unable to play much this season," said Baraja.
"I hope that in the next three seasons I can repay the club's faith in me."
