The ex-Alaves striker joined Atleti after failing to impress in Milan where he spent most of last season on the bench.
But after impressing in the Madrid derby against Real, Moreno cannot understand why he has been shunted out again in favour of Fernando Correa.
Since moving to El Calderon in the summer, Moreno has scored five times despite only completing three full games.
"I deserve to be in the starting line-up all the time," he blasted. "If I did not think that, I would just go home.
"At the beginning of the season I was not playing well, but I am now and I believe that I have done enough to warrant a place in the team.
"Any player that does not play is angry and the same can be said of Fabricio Coloccini and Sergi.
"Players are never happy when they are left out, but it is not only happening here. Look at the Guti situation. He is a great player and cannot get a game every week.
"I cannot tell the coach to play me, but when he doesn't choose me I feel like climbing the walls.
"I am not even going to consider whether or not I will play next weekend, because if I think I will and then end up on the bench again it will be terrible."
