The 22-year-old ace has finally established himself as a key member of Udinese's side under coach Roy Hodgson and his performances have attracted the interest of a number of top clubs.
The Chilean star had originally failed to settle at The Friuli when he first arrived from Santiago Wanderers last year and the club are believed to be ready to cash in on him in January when the transfer window reopens in Italy in January.
Pizarro had been linked with Barcelona in the past and now Deportivo see him as a possible replacement for Brazilian star Djalminha, who has been linked with a move to Marseille.
Any move from Parma may be hit by the appointment of Daniel Passarella as coach of the Gialloblu, who may look elsewhere to bring new players to the Ennio Tardini.
