Celta Vigo have suffered a double injury blow ahead of their Uefa Cup trip to Germany.
Celta Vigo have suffered a double injury blow ahead of their Uefa Cup second leg tie against Werder Bremen.
Defender Pablo Contreras and striker Daniel De Ridder will be sidelined for three weeks after picking up injuries.
Contreras suffered a ruptured muscle in his left leg while De Ridder, who is on loan from Ajax, picked up a knee injury in the first-leg defeat to the German outfit.
De Ridder has only recently returned to the side after a bout of tendonitis.
The loss of both players is a major blow to coach Fernando Vazquez (pictured) who is hoping to claw back a 1-0 deficit on Wednesday.
