The 43-year-old was initially handed a 10-month suspension by the Italian football federation (FIGC) in August for his involvement in the Scommessopoli match-fixing scandal that erupted over the summer.
Conte's ban was reduced to four months last week, but the Italian's comments following the rejection of his appeal against the initial sentence in which he questioned the impartiality of the prosecution have now landed him in hot water.
The Italian football federation has asked the former Siena coach to face a disciplinary commission for his comments, claiming that Conte "expressed doubt over the impartiality of the decision made by prosecutor's office".
Conte is allowed to train Juventus but is banned from attending pre and post-match press conferences and performing his duties on the touchlines during matches.
Massimo Carrera is the caretaker coach of Juventus at the moment.
