The Italian champions on Monday confirmed the acquisition of striker Berardi for a fee of 9million euros (£7.6m), but the 19-year-old will head straight back to newly-promoted Sassuolo.
Twenty-three-year-old Juve midfielder Marrone will also represent Sassuolo during the 2013-14 campaign. He made his Juve debut in 2009 having joined the club as an eight-year-old and has appeared 20 times in all competitions for the Bianconeri, scoring once.
Berardi, meanwhile, fired 11 goals in 37 Serie B appearances as Eusebio Di Francesco's Sassuolo won promotion to the top flight for the first time in May.
"Juventus Football Club announces that these agreements have been finalised with Sassuolo Calcio," read a statement published on Juventus' official website.
"Definite disposal of the registration rights of the player Luca Marrone for 9million euros to be paid over two years.
"At the same time Juventus and Sassuolo signed a player sharing agreement related to the same player for 4.5million euros to be paid by Juventus in two years."
The statement continued: "Definite acquisition of the registration rights of the player Domenico Berardi for 9million euros to be paid in five years."
