Hernan Crespo, Matias Almeyda and Javier Zanetti all flew to Asia to partake in the game and this has seriously hampered Inter's plans ahead of their Milan derby on Saturday.
Inter have confirmed they will be making an official complaint as jet-lag will deprieve them of Crespo and Almeyda for the match, although Zanetti could make the game.
A dossier will be compiled and sent to Fifa, as well as the Italian and Argentine federations.
Inter general manager Giacinto Facchetti laid the blame at the door of Argentine coach Marcelo Bielsa (pictured).
"The way Bielsa works is nonsense" said Facchetti.
"He showed that he was not interested in club's thoughts.
"He was playing in Japan, he was winning 2-0 and he utilised our players till the last seconds."
Inter's annoyance was highlighted with the fact that Javier Saviola and Santiago Solari were used sparingly ahead of the Real Madrid-Barcelona clash.
