The Yugoslavian international has continuously been linked with a move away from Stadio Olimpico for some time, and he could be on his way during the winter transfer window.
The 24-year-old has not let rumours of his departure affect his displays but it now looks as if he is moving closer to a departure.
Juve, Internazionale and Milan are the three clubs that have been linked with move for Stankovic but it is the Turin giants that appear to have the upper hand.
The player's agent has stated that The Old Lady have shown the most interest in his client so far and are favourites to sign him.
The move however, could spell the end of Juve's proposed swap move for Parma's Sabri Lamouchi involving defender Christian Zenoni.
Should Juve decide that they do not want Lamouchi then they would turn their full attention to Stankovic.
