Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti will be concerned about the fitness of his midfield schemer as he prepares his team to take on the Dutch side, providing UEFA award the club the quarter final victory.
Pirlo has been in great form recently, scoring two goals against Scotland for Italy, as well as setting up both first leg goals against Inter.
