Juventus and Arsenal are both keen - but Inter are strong favourites to land his signature and are hoping to secure his signature on a pre-contract in January.
"He's good," said Mancini.
"I saw him playing in 2001 when I went to see Ajax who had Ibrahimovic too.
"At that time he was really young and anyway he's a really good player."
