Roma defender Cristian Chivu has highlighted Juventus as the Giallorossi's biggest threat to the Serie A crown this season.
The Stadio Olimpico side currently top Serie A on goal difference from Milan, with Juve just four points adrift of the leading duo.
Chivu believes Roma have the edge on his former club Ajax as they have more internationals in their ranks.
"In comparison to Ajax, my former club, Roma are stronger because they are composed of international players," said Chivu.
"I've seen Roma's last Scudetto images and I hope they can be repeated.
"This year, the threats are still the same, with the addition of Lazio and Parma, but if I have to mention just one of them I'd say Juventus."
Chivu re-affirmed his thoughts that the side are as strong as when he decided to join the Italian club last summer.
"Roma are strong as I expected when I chose to come here," he added. "We are at the top of standings and we will battle till the end."
Roma could move clear at the top of the table this weekend, should they overcome Modena with Milan participating in the Intercontinental Cup final against Boca Juniors.
