Bayer Leverkusen have revealed as many as 20 clubs have shown interest in Lucio, although only a few could match their é¼15 million valuation of the player.
The World Cup winner defender is sure to leave the BayArena this summer, despite a rejuvenated season after last year's remarkable fall from grace.
Serie A duo Roma and Lazio have been linked with the South American, however they are not alone in the chase for the highly talented stopper.
"This year practically all our players are on sale," said Calmund. "It's enough to mean those interested will pay the right price.
"Almost 20 clubs have asked us about him (Lucio), but not many can afford him. Chelsea, Milan, Manchester United and Bayern Munich."
While Roma are struggling financially, they could offload Argentina defender Walter Samuel to fund a raid on the Leverkusen star, who has one-year left on his contract in Die Bundesliga.
