Oddo's Lazio moved ratified

LAZIO have finally completed the signing of Verona midfielder Massimo Oddo.

The 26-year-old originally agreed to move to Lazio earlier this summer, but the move was delayed when the Italian authorities put a host of the biancoceleste's transfer dealings on hold.

This meant the likes of Oddo and Christian Manfredini were left in limbo, as they both had contracts with Lazio and there clubs Verona and Chievo, did not want them back.

Manfredini's deal was settled at the end of last month and now Oddo has been given the green-light to begin his career in Rome.

Oddo was named in the Italian squad last week and could prove to one of Roberto Mancini's best acquisitions.
