Lazio had believed to have agreed a deal to sign Udinese trio David Pizarro, Martin Jorgensen and Alberto for é¼8 million plus Lucas Castroman and Fabio Liverani, but the deal has run into difficulties.
The problem is that Italian international Liverani does not want to join Udinese, placing a major obstacle in the whole deal going through.
"Until now we made everything. But in my opinion we revealed too much and for my experience I can say anything can happen," said Pozzo.
Udinese's sporting director Pierpaolo Marino revealed that there is no problems between the clubs and that it is just up to the players to agree the moves.
"The negotiation is blocked because there isn't the players' agreement," said Marino.
Marino is hopeful that Liverani will change his mind and decide to join Udinese after mulling over the move.
"We have a big esteem for him and we think here he could make good things," added Marino.
"I hope he could talk with Stefano Fiore and Giuliano Giannichedda (two former Udinese players) so they can explain to him what Udinese is.
"We are an ambitious team and next season we will play Uefa Cup too".
