The highly-rated South American is looking forward to helping Udinese next season.
"At this point I stay at Udinese until June 2004," he said.
"Finally I can have training sessions with the right tranquillity after the trials about my transfer.
"Now I think only to Udinese."
Pizarro has had an eventful summer with his future looking increasingly likely it would be away from Stadio Friuli.
Juventus looked favourites to land him before Lazio stepped in and tried to lure him and team-mate Martin Jorgensen to the Italian capital along with Do Carmo Nieto Alberto, whom they signed on a season-long loan deal.
The deal was further held up by Fabio Liverani who refused to accept a move to Udinese.
The failure of the deal means that Lazio's Argentine winger Lucas Castroman, who was open to the move, will now also remain in Rome.
